I used to live in Carbondale when I was growing up, I used to go to the university mall almost every day Now I'm going to be sad when this place close as online shopping is more popular than shopping at a mall

Took NCOE 2nd grade to the science center in the mall, highly recommend, Lots of things for kids to do. Every Wednesday from 11am to 5pm is free admission which is great, this had lots of hands on learning for the kids. Thank you.

I was at the AT&T office I had a problem with my cell phone the lady was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I've had AT&T cell phone for quite a while I've always been very pleased with the service I've got there and the people has always been very helpful to me I was very blessed to have a young lady like she was to help me with my problems I appreciate that very much. If you ever need a cell phone and they have other things they have DirecTV for whatever you need that they might have I would suggest that you give them a try. They may be better than the others but they won't be any worse than the worst guaranteed.

Like lots of other malls, it's dying but the people working in its various stores care about it and the people they serve. Definitely make a stop here and support the businesses, even if they are chain stores. Keep these good people of SoIL employed.

Giving it 5-Stars for the memories I had here. This mall used to be bustling with people and lots of vendors too. Had restaurants to eat in as well. Now it's just sad to see this mall in it's empty state. At least with not a lot of people, you can get a good walking workout.

Not to many shops in the mall but they do have the sciences center in the mall for kids.

I wish the mall would make a come back ! Kids now a days do not know what they are missing but I still love the nostalgia of it!

Hola Señora Cam i like hippo. I went to this mall excited and nervous at the same time my dotter and sun have wheelchair and my son has left overs in his pouch from sushi. Watching movies is really hard and they don’t give any whellchair spots so they have to walk. Awww my little baby’s. I like chicken. My daughter was dressed as the riznler. She got a tron bike and her wheels were moving really fast untill they popped and she fell into the fountain and her costume was ruined. I was accompanied by 4 Mexican men that were dancing to keep me from going crazy. I started dancing with them and my child started to climb like a monkey around the chandelier. She sat at the top. She got down and took quarters from the fountain and put them in her piggy bank. #Mamaraisedagangsta my sun on the other hand was gon he left and went to meet Santa and Mrs clause. He couldent sit on Santa’s lap so he had to get lifted by Santa and he started peeing nonstop. It was crazy but it’s okay because it happens a lot and I have stuff to clean it! #alwayspreparedmama. I love chicken. My sun and dotter went on top of a skate board and started doing chicken fights from the pool. They love hiking, professionally swimming, and rock climbing. My do had used the front tire on her tron bike to push my su into the fountain. He started peeing and we got kicked out. But it’s okay.
